Companionship
Our most basic care plan includes many of the tasks that make living a little easier and more pleasant. Ranging from help in dressing in the morning to meal preparation, companionship care can make all the difference. Typical tasks performed by the carer under the companionship plan include:
- Provides company and conversation
- Help with dressing and personal grooming
- Prepare shopping list and other list of errands
- Meal and snack preparation
- Reminders for appointments
- Supervise medication
- Organise social activities, visiting friends and neighbours
- Help with reading, doing crosswords, playing cards or suduko.
