STEP 2

The second step is to develop a care plan or written action plan for carrying out the care to address the individual's needs and any health conditions they may have. This care plan will be reviewed with the client care co-ordinator on a regular basis to ensure that the best quality of care is delivered. Our homecare services are flexible and can be adapted if necessary to meet the individual's requirements.

STEP 3

The third step in providing our homecare services is to introduce the assigned member of the Helping Hand team to the person requiring the care and their family members. Our primary aim is to match the carer with the personality and care requirements of the person being cared for to encourage an enjoyable and seamless transition from independent living to assisted living in the comfort of their own familiar surroundings.
